Effective date: June 16, 2026
You agree to receive recurring automated informational and campaign text (SMS and MMS) messages from the Committee to Elect Eric Crisp, including messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, to the mobile number you provided when you signed up. The types of messages you may receive — informational updates, event invitations, get-out-the-vote reminders, and donation requests — are collectively the "Program." Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase or contribution.
Brand: Committee to Elect Eric Crisp (crispforsheriff.org).
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your carrier for rate information.
Message Frequency: Message frequency will vary. We reserve the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time, so as to increase or decrease the total number of messages sent. We also reserve the right to change the phone number from which messages are sent. Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported, and our messages may not be deliverable in all areas. Our service providers and the mobile carriers supported by the Program are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Cancellation / Opt-Out: If you no longer wish to participate or no longer agree to these Terms, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message you receive from the Program to opt out at any time. You may receive a final message confirming your opt-out. These are the exclusive methods of opting out; texting other words or verbally requesting removal is not a reasonable means of opting out.
Support / Help: For help with the Program, reply HELP to any message, or email us at CrispForSheriffAdmin@proton.me. Note that replying HELP or emailing this address is not a method of opting out — opt-outs must follow the procedure above.
Privacy: Except as set forth in our Privacy Policy, we do not sell, rent, loan, trade, lease, or otherwise transfer for profit any phone numbers collected through the Program to any third party. Mobile opt-in information will not be shared with third parties.
These Terms are provided for SMS-program registration. The Committee should have its attorney review this language before final publication; the above reflects the elements required for 10DLC registration and is not legal advice.
